Local MP Katrine Hildyard visited Southern on a Thursday evening just prior to match play in late November to make a presentation associated with the last Active Club Grant funding round. The funding allowed Southern to establish a First Aid Station which consists of both a first aid kit and a defibrillator.

Winter – 29th/30th April to 9th/10th September
Spring – 16th/17th September to 16th/17th December

We should at least show some respect for our opponents and ourselves (there is nothing that makes you look idiotic and strips you of your dignity as fast as ranting, swearing, or maltreatment of paddles.)

So, looking to the future, next time you are at a tournament, enjoy pitting your skills against those of others in the great sport of Table Tennis.
